Newsletters may be a long tradition in communication and engagement tactics for core audiences, but they aren't old fashioned. Curating regular - highly relevant - content that your audience values is never out of style. 

Snapshot is a monthly e-newsletter for pharmacists and technicians participating in the OutcomesMTM Personal Pharmacist Network. It contains 3-5 topics (best practices, new services, industry resources and more), 4 feature pharmacies and a feature intervention to share real-life examples of pharmacists helping patients optimize medication outcomes. 

Open rate: ~32% open in a trackable way
This has been consistent or growing month to month, showing regular engagement with content.

Network Notes is another monthly e-newsletter for the OutcomesMTM Personal Pharmacist Network, but oriented to pharmacy administrators at pharmacy chains and PSAOs. This audience oversees MTM and other clinical programs across hundreds or thousands of pharmacies. In collaboration with our operations team, I designed this to be short, quick bites of information to give advance notice of communications to their pharmacies, highlight useful admin-only reports or tools and serve as a secondary channel to convey key messages for repetition.

This is fairly consistent, showing regular engagement with content.
